Well, a lot can happen in a month! Here is what has happened in the past month for us!
Most importantly, we welcomed Wesley Clayton Whipple into the world!
After a VERY long labor, Wes was born weighing exactly 8 lbs and measuring 21 inches. He came out wide eyed and looking around and immediately peed all over the delivery nurse and doctor.
We were so glad to finally meet the little guy!
Kirsten was there for the whole delivery and even cut the cord! (Adam gets a little squeemish with stuff like that) We were so glad that she was there! The rest of my family arrived at the hospital to meet him a few hours after his birth. They made the long drive down from Virginia.
This was his little going home outfit. We were discharged from the hospital on Christmas Eve.
He has grown so much over the past month!
He has become a little traveler. He has now crossed the state line to Louisiana when we went to Baton Rouge to the temple. We even ran into Patrick, Brigette, and their girls at the temple! No pictures to prove it, but it was great to see them!
And of course, he has made debut at church, looking pretty fly in his little tie!
We just love the little guy! He is so fun and growing like crazy!
